LGBTQ+ & Christianity

I see the Christianity and LGBTQ+ communities going head to head and attack each others as if we forget that at the end of the day we are all humans.

Yes, Christianity condemns gay relationships, yes, for Christians gay relationships are a sin, and yes, the price of sin is death.

How does everyone interpret the above statement? World War III it is!

The reality is that the price of sin, according to the Bible I read, at the very least, is that all the above are correct. Does that mean we have to attack each other, slander each other and force people out of their jobs for their beliefs and orientations? Do you really believe that if you seek the blessing of God you will have it by forcing some priest that does not agree with a queer marriage? Do you believe that by hating children's rainbow balls you will bring love and understanding into the world. It will definitely not eradicate homosexuality but it will definitely bring bitterness and sour in our communities.

We should reconsider our actions and understand each others because according to the same Bible I read, Jesus Christ was crucified on the cross for all our sins, past, present and future.
We have the duty to our children to learn about each other and live a better world behind us. Talk to each other try to understand each other! Do NOT TRY to convert each other! Simply communicate with your neighbour and leave in piece!

Me as a Christian I grew up with my Muslim neighbours, for us it was all natural. I remember I have seen on TV the 9/11 event, but it never crossed my mind that my Muslim friends are responsible for the fanaticism of some random ones. Same way, I do not want anyone to teach my children to hate his peers just because they are different to him.

In case you have any doubts, I will answer the question that is in the back of your mind.
Yes, I am Christian! My name is Christian, my belief is Christian. I believe in God Almighty, and I believe the Bible, I believe that gay relationships are a sin but so is gossiping. I believe that Jesus Christ was crucified for all our sins. I believe in my freedom of expression. I believe that members of LGBTQ+ community are humans just like myself and I believe that they deserve the same respect everyone else deserves and at the same time I believe that everyone has the same rights and responsibilities. I believe we can build a better future together with all our differences through dialogue and understanding regardless of the community that you are part of. I am aware that are Christian, LGBTQ+, Muslim, etc. fanatics but I hope we all understand they are the minority and they do not represent the majority of us in any way, shape or form.
As for me and my house, we will serve God! I hope you will be able to be at peace with our decision!
